You do raise a good point about constant sensor coverage. I assumed that since the water from the engine was constantly flowing right underneath that location it would be okay. I also am under the impression that there will not be any air bubbles in the cooling system, in a properly bleed system. The coolant overflow tank allows for this in both cold and hot cooling states. This is, after all, why we burp ALL the air out of the system, correct? Something else to consider, I am not using this from anything ECU related, strictly a gauge.
